Good
to know

Yes. We arrange park and conservation fees, climbing permits, internal transfers and airport pickups, and can advise on international flights and Tanzanian visas. You just show up — we handle the logistics.

Always. Share a rough budget and we'll design the best possible version of your trip for it — honestly, with no inflated markup. We'll also tell you where spending a little more is worth it, and where it isn't.

Every itinerary is private or small-group by default, tailored to your dates, pace and interests. You won't be herded onto a crowded coach.

It depends on what you're after. June–October is prime for safari and the Great Migration river crossings; December–February brings the calving season and warm, clear beaches; and the dry months are best for climbing Kilimanjaro.

Popular months (June–October and December) fill early, so a few months' notice helps — especially for Kilimanjaro permits and the best camps. That said, we love a challenge and will always try to make shorter-notice trips work.

Yes — it's one of our most popular combinations. A few days on safari followed by the beaches of Zanzibar is an easy, well-trodden route, and we arrange the connecting flights and transfers end to end.

Our quotes are all-in: accommodation, park and conservation fees, a private guide and vehicle, transfers and the activities on your itinerary. We spell out exactly what's included and excluded before you book — no hidden extras.

you're dreaming of.

Most trips start with a quick message. Send your dates and a rough plan; we'll come back within a day with ideas and an honest price — no pressure, no spam.
